




Classically trained, Crow carries on a conversation with contemporary art and artists that spans the past, the recent past, and the now.
Drawing is an important medium for Crow, and he draws inspiration from artists for whom drawing was a central and all important means of expression. Crow has never lost his love of paper and collage, works in this media compise an important part of his output. So this website contains paintings, drawings, and works on paper, in addition to a blog with reflections on anything and everything having to do with art. Crow grew up in Detroit, attended the University of Michigan, and has an MFA from Indiana University. He has lived in Seattle, New York City, and recently moved to the eastern shore of Maryland.
